Fresh Flower Substitutions
To ensure every order is delivered at peak freshness, certain stems may be substituted based on seasonal availability or quality on the day of design. We always maintain the overall style, color palette, and value of the arrangement. Any substitution will be chosen to preserve the look and feel of the original design — never a downgrade.
Single Variety Arrangements
For designs featuring one flower type (such as roses, lilies, tulips, hydrangea, or orchids), we prioritize matching the same variety first. If the exact color is unavailable, we may substitute with a similar shade that keeps the design cohesive and true to the intended aesthetic.
Plant Substitutions For potted plants, dish gardens, and blooming plants, substitutions may be made when a specific variety or size is not available. We will replace with a plant of similar type, growth habit, and value — for example, swapping one blooming plant for another blooming plant, or one green plant for another with comparable fullness and longevity. Containers for plants may also vary depending on availability, but will always complement the design.
Vase & Container Substitutions If the exact vase or container shown is unavailable, a comparable style will be used. Replacement containers will always match the overall look — clean, modern, classic, or rustic — depending on the design selected.
